Triangle Bump Setting

Train setting through triangle bump setting with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.

How to run it

  1. 1

All players on one side. P1 at net in front of P2 (passer). P3 in the other passer slot. P1 tosses or hits to P2 → P2 passes to middle 5 ft from net → P3 sets back to P1 → P1 catches or hits next ball to P2. 10 reps, switch positions. Run on both sides of the court.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Arrive balanced, square to target, and make the set hittable before adding speed.
