Continuous Dig-Set-Attack

Train setting through continuous dig-set-attack with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.

How to run it

  1. 1

Attacker at net. Digger 5 ft from end line. Attacker hits a downball at digger's platform. Digger digs to themselves, sets back to attacker. Goal: get back and stop before the next dig. Allow a catch after the set-back at lower levels. 10 digs per player.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Arrive balanced, square to target, and make the set hittable before adding speed.
