Dig to Set Transition
Convert defense into offense — the dig-to-set is the most missed transition in junior beach.
How to run it
- 1
Coach attacks → defender digs → setter sets → defender attacks. Continuous for 90 seconds, then switch. 4 rounds.
- 2
Coach emphasis: After your dig, immediately move to be the hitter. The setter is already moving to set.
