Over the Line Run To's (Hand Sets)
Apply the moving-feet read from the passing version to live hand-setting reps.
How to run it
- 1
Setter sprints to the ball, stops feet, sets to a target (partner or hoop). 6–10 reps, then rotate. Mix direction unpredictably.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Stop the feet before the hands work. No setting on the run.
Why we run it
Apply the moving-feet read from the passing version to live hand-setting reps.
