Virus

Train the toughest play in beach: chase set off the net + attack on a high ball coming from behind the head.

How to run it

  1. 1

P1 throws a challenging but playable ball to the back of the court. P2 chases and tries to put up a hittable set. P1 attacks ONLY into the designated half of the court. P3 tries to dig and catch. Each player is on for 7 balls per position. Setter and attacker score: Kill = 3, Jump attack dug + caught = 2, Other attack dug + caught = 1, Hitting error = 0. Most points wins.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Hardest set in the game. Setter: get there, get under it, give the hitter a chance.
