Bump-Set Shuttle Setting
Train setting through bump-set shuttle setting with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.
How to run it
- 1
Same side of the court. Two lines in opposite corners. Targets at the net (one touch only). Setters in opposite corner pass to themselves, then bump-set back to the target. Follow your ball, change lines after every touch.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Arrive balanced, square to target, and make the set hittable before adding speed.
