Transition Setting Into the Wind
Train setting through transition setting into the wind with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.
How to run it
- 1
Coach as 'attacker' on one side. Blocker in front, defender in back. Coach hits a downball at the defender. Blocker peels off and transition-sets the dig — INTO the wind. Defender attacks an open net (or against defense, play out point).
- 2
Coach emphasis: Arrive balanced, square to target, and make the set hittable before adding speed.
