Six-Touch Emergency Pepper

Train ball-control through six-touch emergency pepper with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.

How to run it

  1. 1

Pair across from each other. 6 contacts before sending the ball over. Sequence: Pass-Tomahawk-Fist-Fist-Set-Control Spike (or swap Pokey-Pokey for Fist-Fist). NEVER catch — train emergency touches under live pressure.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Keep the stated constraint clear, give quick feedback, and demand repeatable quality.
