How to run it
- 1
P1 NW, P2 NE / P3 SE, P4 SW. P2 and P4 dig + attack; P1 and P3 'block' + set. 3 touches per side: pass, set, controlled attack. Initiate with toss to P2. Switch roles after a set count.

Coach emphasis: Arrive balanced, square to target, and make the set hittable before adding speed.
