Triangle (or Square) Passing
Multi-directional passing in a small group — train turning the platform and moving the feet.
How to run it
- 1
Toss to the right, pass to the right, catch, repeat. When consistent, switch directions. Progression 1: continuous passing (no catch). Progression 2: two or more balls in the rotation simultaneously.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Turn the platform with the body, not the arms.
