How to run it

Rotate through the menu: Tomahawks (joined hands overhead), Pokeys (single knuckle), Slaps (open hand), Handcuff Battle (one-arm dig only), Speed Pepper, Peel Digs (move backward into the ball), Lay Down Digs (sprawl through the ball). 7 rounds total.

Coach emphasis: Every touch is a real option. Train them clean now so they appear instinctively in a rally.
