Partner Passing
Foundational passing technique drill — high feedback, slow tempo, fix faults before adding speed.
How to run it
- 1
Toss, pass, catch, repeat. Coach gives detailed technical feedback every rep. Progression 1: both players pass back and forth (no catch). Progression 2: tosser delivers to P2's 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock — passer drops the shoulder for high outside balls. Progression 3: one arm only, alternate arms. Progression 4: two-ball juggle — tosser is never holding two balls.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Slow this down. Every rep is a chance to fix a fault — don't waste it on volume.
