Self Setting (Off-Foot / Net-Foot Travel)
Teach setters to travel with the ball using the correct footwork pattern for each direction.
How to run it
- 1
Self-set the ball straight up while traveling: (1) forward on net-foot, (2) back on off-foot, (3) lateral with crossover. Set continuously for 30 seconds per pattern, 3 rounds.
- 2
Coach emphasis: The feet decide where the ball goes. Hands stay quiet.
