Overhead Passing
Train the overhead pass / hand-set as a connection touch in a 3-player line.
How to run it
- 1
P1 tosses to P2 who passes overhead to P3. P2 turns to face P3. P3 throws to P2 who passes overhead back to P1. Continue 15 passes, rotate. Progression 1: continuous (no catch). Progression 2: two balls — P3 passes a long ball back to P1 so P2 doesn't have to turn.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Hands above the forehead. Push with the legs.
