Step Back Partner Serving
Build serving accuracy and power progressively — partners back off only after success.
How to run it
- 1
Serve to the partner so they can catch with one step or less. Partner serves back the same way. After 2 catches in a row with one step or less, both players step back. Continue until at full court. Progression 1: jump float and jump spike serves.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Catchable means accurate. Earn the next zone.
