Butterfly
High-volume passing reps with constant rotation — players follow the ball through every position.
How to run it
- 1
P1 throws or serves to P5. P5 passes to P4 (target). P4 catches. After each action, every player rotates to the next spot — 'follow the ball.' Continuous rotation. Progression 1: continuous passing. Progression 2: add a second ball.
- 2
Coach emphasis: The drill never stops. Move to your next spot the moment your touch is done.
