Zig-Zag Approach
Train attackers to get their feet to the set and jump straight up and down — no drift.
How to run it
- 1
P1 always faces forward — right-handers wait on the left foot, left-handers on the right foot. The first player throws a ball straight up in front of himself. P1 uses the power foot to get to the ball and jumps STRAIGHT UP to touch or pokey it. P1 works through the entire zig-zag, then the next player starts.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Use the footprints in the sand as feedback — straight up means landing where you took off.
