Agility Passing
Train movement patterns under control — fast, balanced, agile in every direction with a passing finish.
How to run it
- 1
Coach feeds 4 balls (one near each cone) that force the player to move quickly. Player uses the proper movement pattern and passes each ball to a target while navigating the cones. Three patterns: (1) Figure-8, all forward running, chest always to the net. (2) Figure-8, sprint diagonal then back-pedal up the side, repeat opposite. (3) Around the box: side shuffle, sprint forward, side shuffle, finish with a turn-and-dive on the last ball.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Right movement pattern for the right ball. Get there first, pass second.
