Fun Touch Pepper

Expand the emergency-touch toolbox in a fun, mentally engaging format.

How to run it

  1. 1

Coach assigns a 3-touch sequence (instead of dig-set-spike). Players alternate touches keeping the order. Examples: Open Hand → Backhand → Fist; Pokey → Head → Chicken Wing; Right Arm → Left Arm → Tomahawk. Be creative. Run each sequence 60–90 seconds.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Keep the ball alive AND keep the order. Do everything you can to recover.
