Warm-Up Style Hitting Lines (3 Stations)
Get high-rep approach + swing volume across three contact types early in practice.
How to run it
- 1
Line of 3–5 hitters at each station. Each hitter takes 3 reps then rotates to the next station. Run continuously for 12–15 minutes — every athlete cycles through all 3 stations 3+ times.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Approach footwork is the same on every station. Only the swing changes.
