How to run it

  1. 1

    5–8 approaches per side, ~15 ft from net. RH: Right-Left-Right-Left (last two simultaneous). LH: opposite. Coach watches footprints — straight up, no drift.

    Coach emphasis: Keep the approach and arm speed consistent so the shot or swing stays game-like.
