3 Chance Free Ball Hitting Lines
Bridge from warm-up swings to live attacking against a free ball — pass, set, hit cycle with limited misses.
How to run it
- 1
Pair must pass, set, hit. Each pair gets 3 attempts to convert a clean kill (ball lands in / forces an error). After 3 attempts, rotate. Track team conversion rate.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Three balls. Make at least one count.
