Attacking · Intermediate
Read, Shift, Chase, Set, Approach
Drill the full transition sequence — read the attack, shift to defense, chase the dig, set, and approach for counterattack.
How to run it
- 1
Pair must: (1) read the attack, (2) shift to position, (3) chase the dig if needed, (4) set the partner, (5) approach and counterattack. Coach feeds 8–10 sequences per pair, then rotate.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Five phases. If any one phase breaks, the counter dies.
Why we run it
Drill the full transition sequence — read the attack, shift to defense, chase the dig, set, and approach for counterattack.
