Attacking · Intermediate
Listen For Your Partner
Train the attacker to execute on a setter's call — shot variety on demand.
How to run it
- 1
P1 jumps to attack hard every time. P2 (setter) waits until AFTER the jump (during the jump for lower levels) to give a call. No call = spike hard. Call 'cut' or 'high line' = execute the called shot. 8 reps, rotate.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Default is hard. The call changes the play in the air.
Why we run it
