King/Queen — Transition Ball
King/Queen with a transition emphasis — points only count when won on a transition swing (not on the first sideout attack).
How to run it
- 1
First-ball sideouts don't promote — the rally must continue, defender digs, transition swing wins. Run for 15–20 minutes.
- 2
Coach emphasis: The first ball is just the start. The second swing is the point.
Why we run it
