Hard-Driven Outside-Body High Digs
Train defense through hard-driven outside-body high digs with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.
How to run it
- 1
Coach hits hard balls slightly outside the defender's body. Defender uses big step, finishes the dig HIGH — not flat. 10 reps per side.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Read first, stop or stabilize before contact, and create a settable defensive touch.
