Can't Touch This
Train attacking from off the net — find the empty space against a live defender.
How to run it
- 1
P1 attacks the ball so P2 cannot touch it. Can be 1v1 or team-vs-one (defender stays while the rest of the court works on attacking).
- 2
Coach emphasis: Off-the-net attacks are about placement, not power. Hit where they aren't.
