Drill gives athletes maximal repetitions at forearm passing, digging, setting and spiking.

How to run it

  1. 1

In these game athletes play either a 2 touch or 3 touch game of 1 on 1. This would need to be played on a modified court (either long and thin or short and fat) Coach tosses ball in and the rally is played out. Athletes can either make two or three touches on the ball. Winner of the rally gets the point. Teams play to a set score then switch sides. Coach would move off the court after ball is thrown in

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: After each play quickly get back to base position to give yourself the best opportunity to make a good
