Over-the-Net Exchange

Apply platform and communication over the net in a cooperative rally — both sides work together to sustain controlled exchanges.

How to run it

  1. 1

Cooperative forearm-pass exchange over the net — partners count consecutive controlled exchanges. Reset on every drop. Pairs are scored as a team — both sides cooperating to build the longest exchange.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Give your partner a ball they can play.
