King/Queen — Chase Ball
King/Queen with a chase emphasis — train athletes to convert scrambled, off-system rallies.
How to run it
- 1
Every 2–3 rallies, coach feeds a chase ball into the King side. The pair must convert the chase into a hittable ball over the net. Standard King/Queen scoring otherwise.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Chase balls are not throwaways. Win them.
