Jump Spike Serve (2 Footwork Styles)
Add a jump spike serve to the toolbox using the footwork that fits the athlete.
How to run it
- 1
Each athlete takes 5 serves with style 1, then 5 with style 2. Self-toss is critical — toss high and forward into the court. After 10 reps each, athletes pick the style that felt cleanest and take 10 more reps with that one.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Toss decides the serve. A bad toss is a no-serve — catch it and reset.
