Deep Rainbow Serves
Practice the deep rainbow (high-arc deep) serve — land it past the back line passers without going out.
How to run it
- 1
Server must land the serve behind the chairs/line and inside the court without touching the chairs. With defenders: they try to touch any served ball; server's job is to beat them deep without going out.
- 2
Coach emphasis: High arc, deep contact zone. Risk vs reward — serve aggressive but in.
