Hand-Set Mechanics + Contrasts
Build the legal beach hand-set: clean, simultaneous contact with no spin.
How to run it

Progression: chest pass (2 min) → toss-catch-push (3 min) → continuous self-set into wall (5 min) → 2 quick contrasts: palms-only vs fingers-only, then Superman finish (full extension hold). Coach watches hand shape, contact, release.

Coach emphasis: Forehead window — see the ball through the triangle of your hands at contact.
