6-Legged Monster
Develop basic passing technique, stability, and proper footwork while forcing the passer to move dynamically to six different locations.
How to run it
- 1
The tosser feeds balls so the passer moves to six distinct locations in order: deep right, right, short right, short left, left, and deep left. The passer completes 2 passes at each spot for 12 total passes, then partners switch roles.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Proper footwork before the pass: step and shuffle to get stable and balanced. Maintain long platform holds to speed up improvement.
