3 Man Cross Court
High-volume cross-court digging — defender works the diagonal between two attackers continuously.
How to run it
- 1
P1 hits to P3 (cross-court). P3 digs into the middle of the court and immediately moves to the other diagonal. P1 runs to set the dig to P2 and returns to the antenna. P2 hits diagonally to P3, who digs to the middle. P2 runs and sets back to P1. Continue 2 minutes or 20 digs.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Defender: read attacker's body, shift before contact. Hitters: control the cross-court angle.
