Train passing through short & deep triangle passing with a clear rep structure and game-like feedback.
How to run it
- 1
Tosser on opposite side of the net. Passer in serve receive position. Target in the middle of the court, 5 ft from the net. Each passer takes 10 balls — 5 deep, 5 short. Build platform early.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Build the platform early, hold the angle, and finish every touch to a playable target.
