Pass and Look
Athletes get practice at developing the skill of taking a quick look at the opposition after passing before initiating their spike approach.
How to run it

A coach or athlete serves the ball to either receiver on the other side of the net then proceeds to run to the center of the court and using their fingers displays a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 on their chest. After athlete passes ball they must look at the person in the middle of the court and call out the number of fingers held up before playing out the ball.
