King/Queen of the Court (Canonical)

High-rep competitive format — challengers serve into the King side, must win the rally to advance.

How to run it

  1. 1

Challengers must win the rally to take the King side. Kings stay until they lose. Losers go to the back of the challenger line. Run for a fixed time (15–25 min) — pair with the most King-side rallies wins.

  2. 2

Coach emphasis: Every rally counts. King side learns to close; challenger side learns to convert.
