King/Queen — First Phase Shot Requirement
Force athletes to use specific first-phase attacks (sideout swing) under King/Queen competitive pressure.
How to run it
- 1
All sideout attacks in the round must use the required shot. Failure to use the shot loses the rally automatically. Run 3-minute rounds, change the shot requirement each round.

Coach emphasis: The shot is the rule. Comfort shot doesn't exist this round.
