Pressure-test serve receive offense vs. serve + defense in a short, high-stakes format.
How to run it
- 1
Race to 7. Offense side must side-out to score; defense side scores on any rally win including aces. After a team reaches 7, swap roles and replay. Best of 3 races wins the round.

Coach emphasis: Sideout side: every first ball matters. Defense side: every serve is a weapon.
