Platform Shape & Stationary Passing
Build a flat, quiet platform and a clean finish to a defined target — the foundation for every pass this week.
How to run it
- 1
5 min toss-pass-catch (passer holds finish to target). Then continuous controlled pass-pass — both partners hold the finish briefly after every contact. Reset on every drop.
- 2
Coach emphasis: Flat platform, shoulders square, hold the finish.
